Attend any available times listed on our Schedule. We have our BRANDFit50 Small Group Training Session at 9:15am, 10:00am, 4:30am, 5:15am, 6:00pm and Specialty Classes at 7:00pm, that you are invited to join in.
How soon can I get started?
The Challenge starts October 10th and runs until October 30th. All sessions are Pre-booked between these dates. You'll receive information on how to book your sessions online, or with our APP. (This challenge is between the dates above only ... no exceptions.)
What if there is a Waitlist on a class time?
Our Groups are small, so some class times will have a waitlist. If you run across a popular time slot which has a "Waitlist", please still add your name to the list. If a member cancels, you will be notified that a spot has come available. Sometimes we will also open up additional spots dependant on our program for that particular day.
What if I'm really out of shape?
We scale and customize all of our programs to fit all fitness levels from beginners to advanced athletes. That our main focus with working in Small Groups, is to make sure you're doing things properly!
Does this include a nutrition plan?
Yes, you'll get started with our "Sugar Free Me" program based around healthy habits and cutting sugar. Lessons on what foods you should be eating, that will stick and take you towards success. When you incorporate the proper foods to eat, you'll feel more energetic, satisfied and lean.
