 What do I need to bring?
Our Boutique Fitness Studio has everything you need here to be successful.  Wear comfortable fitness type clothing, a tank top or t-shirt and running shoes.  Bring your own water bottle and a towel (we do have small towels here!)

What is your schedule?
We have 20+ Sessions each week to choose from.  Session times for our BRANDFit50 Small Group Training are: 9:15 am, 10:00 am, 4:30 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:00 pm and Speciality classes some evenings at 7:00 pm.  Some session times are full and have wait lists, so booking early is recommended.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Those new to fitness are ALWAYS welcome. That's where most of our members started from!  You will certainly not be alone, or feel alone, in our very supportive community of Fabulous Members.  Our trainers are always here to take care of you and making sure you're progressing at a level appropriate for YOU!
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
With Halloween being the theme for this Challenge, we are using our "Sugar Free Me" Nutritional habits to help you break through your issues with food, cut the Sugar, and create healthier choices, with recommendations on WHAT you SHOULD be eating.  All helping you feel better, lose weight and stop cravings!
What's if I'm too busy and don't have time to come?
If you don't make the time for yourself, or can't, then this program is not the right fit for you.  All our sessions are pre-booked to keep you accountable.  This WORKS, even on those days you may not feel like coming in.  Once you do come in, you'll ALWAYS say after "I'm SO Glad I did it!"
